Trillium Web Solutions offers a wide range of services for your web site project. We can help with everything from domain name registration and hosting through design, development and maintenance.  We follow the basic process below to ensure we provide you with the high-quality product you want and deserve.

Analysis

FREE 1 hour initial consultation to identify your project needs. Some of the things we will discuss are:

What are your short-term/long-term goals for this project?
Who is your target audience?
Do you have any ideas or designs you like?
When would you like it to be complete by?

Design

 When creating a design it should reflect what you are trying to communicate and keep your target "audience" in mind.

We provide website, logo and printing design services for your personal, business and event needs.  Please contact us so we can work with you to create a design and plan that will meet your price and timelines.

Development

 Once a design has been agreed upon, we will develop and publish your design.

We can create a template based site, custom site, basic informational site or a site with dynamic content (blogs, slideshows, calendars, e-commerce, etc.), optimized for search engines as well as assist with basic website setup (domain, hosting, ssl).

Maintenance/Support

Maintenance/Support services, include phone, e-mail and on-site support, basic content updates, training and any other technical or support issues that may arise.

Enhancements to existing sites are considered new development and would fall under Development Services.
 

Design/Development Prices

To begin any project, we will start with a FREE 1 hour initial consultation/interview (phone or in person).  This meeting will provide us with information to create a proposal with estimated cost and timelines based on your needs.  The cost is unique for each project and the following are some pricing factors...

  • Number of pages
  • Custom versus Template Layout/Design
  • Dynamic Content (e-commerce, blog, slideshows, calendars...)
  • Timeline
  • Hosting/Domain
  • Security (SSL, Dedicated IP)
  • Content provided by customer or Trillium
  • and more...

Based on this proposal together we will determine what exactly the project will consist of and a contract will be created and signed with the details of all services, prices and timelines. 

A 50% deposit is due within 2 weeks of signing the contract with the remainder of the payment due 30 days after the project is complete.

Maintenance Prices

Each of our Maintenance packages include 4 hours per month maintenance/support plus phone and e-mail support. If you sign-up for one of our maintenance packages, you will receive a significant hourly discount rate.

NOTE: Any hours over 4 hours will be billed at our hourly rate.
